Event Schedule

This spring, a weekend before Easter, March 25-27, join churches throughout North American in hosting Final Empire.

We believe that the recommended schedule below is the most effective way to do this series, so your church can enjoy having guests on Sabbath morning. But if Sabbath morning is just not possible at your church, then you can follow an alternate schedule.

Schedule Options

Preferred Schedule

Session 1: Thursday evening
Session 2: Friday evening
Session 3: Sabbath morning church service
Session 4: Sabbath evening

Alternate Schedule

Session 1: Thursday evening
Session 2: Friday evening
Session 3: Sabbath evening
Session 4: Sunday evening

Program Flow

Each session will follow the same basic schedule, with minor variations in timing. Here is a breakdown of specific program areas, using a start time of 7:00 p.m. as an example:

7:00 p.m.

Welcome, announcements, and prayer.

7:05 p.m.

Video Experience: Pastor Boonstra shares the stories for the session (approximately 30 minutes). At the end of the message, there will be an invitation for your audience to take out their Bible study lesson and begin the study with their local moderator.

7:35 p.m.

Local Bible Study: Your local moderator will lead your audience through the guided Bible study (approximately 30 minutes).

8:05 p.m.

8:10 p.m.

Refreshments and mingling.

Later Start Dates

If your church is not able to host Final Empire during our nationally supported weekend, March 25-27, you may hold this event in your church at a later date. However, you will not benefit from the national advertising pointing to the nationally supported dates. The Voice of Prophecy will invest substantial resources into this national promotion, which will include personalized event websites, commercials on nationwide radio broadcasts, social media campaigns, and print ads. These endeavors alone help drive new faces through church doors, but when blended with focused local promotion, churches have the potential to see community participation at historic levels. We therefore encourage you to join the coordinated start dates if at all possible.

Bring new faces through your church doors with this
soul-winning opportunity!
